Game History Profile: FAL-01 FAL-01 Level 13 Technology Tanker City of Heroes The Watchmen Pinnacle Server Background All of my characters on Pinnacle are linked and share a common story line. The story is called, Of Man and Machine, and the theme is science fiction. FAL's story is part 1 of 12. Biography The FAL models were one of the first robots to be manufactured by Davion Industries. They were used extensively in heavy industries. All FAL models came preprogrammed with a safety protocol, that in the event of any workplace emergencies, the FALs will assist in the evacuation and rescue of human workers. This particular model single handedly saved over 100 workers from an out of control plasma reactor by bracing its heavily armored body on the breach, thus destroying itself in the process. However, the grateful workers reassembled FAL-01 from salvaged parts, and one of their sons, James Vilary, wrote a replacement AI program for the robot. Davion Industries noticed his skills with the AI program and would later hire him to work in their robotics department. As for FAL-01, he was set free from the factory with the original safety protocol still intact; to protect and rescue humans from harm.
