History
Name: Brian Smith
Height: 6'7"
Weight: 312 lbs
Power Rating: Ultimate-level Epic Elemental Mutant

History

Brian's past isn't a good one. Sure, he had a near-perfect childhood, but he lost his mother when he was 18. The loss not only galvanized his resolve, but also triggered his gifts in so that they crossed-linked in such a way that will forever change his fate. This lends to the fact that when his mother died, Brian truly lost it. Literally, he let loose to the point that he shook the entire Earth. That change and effect made Brian realize that he should never truly loose it like that again, because the consequences of what could happen would be dire.
Despite all of what occurred, not all of this was bad. The revelation of this change irreversibly altered his approached in life in such a way that his spirit will never yield. After this event, his father left him to stay with his great grandfather for a number of years while he wandered variant realities. After spending time with his legendary great-great granddad, Brian wandered back to help his father in alternate realms and found out he had a little stepbrother. After that fact, and plenty that followed afterwards, and worrying about what might happen to his younger brother, he determined that it would probably be best to stay in Paragon through his 30s, and a while after that. Not only to look after his family so the tragedy that happened in his past would never occur, but also to buy time to truly learn the core of his own power, and to learn to better control what he is capable of. From both the events of his life and what he learned from his great-great grandfather, Brian became reluctant to use the majority of his powers. He tends to bottle himself up to the point that only a fraction of his true potential ever shows.

Inherited Powers
This is relates to a genetics theory I developed to deal with mutant genes and generations:

Well, this is the inherited list from his family, and lends to the fact that the regeneration cooperatively acts with other powers so that they are passed down through the generations. This is the full list of what Brian Smith is potentially capable of if he can ever get past his own limitations.

Regeneration (inherit gift, however he has no special skill with it)
Claws (something he doesn't like using now)
Heightened Senses (combination; enhanced smell, sight and sound)
Enhanced Physical Form (combination; his bones and muscles are 3x stronger)
Telepathy (3 different levels; greater, lesser and a middle)
Telekinesis (2 variations of middle levels)
Elemental Energy Manipulation (covers everything from electricity to gravity)
Diamondskin (able to shift into a diamond state to amplify his toughness)
Greater Beastform (the last 3 he doesn't like to use at all)

In-Game Plan
Its funny how the City of Heroes powersets Willpower and Super Strength plays well into this story I developed years ago.

The designed playstyle will follow the story of a reserved, yet tough player. I am intending to follow Willpower and back it up with Fitness, Leadership and Fighting to enhance the defensive capabilities. Focusing mostly on defensive power selections for the most part, the attacks won't come into play till much later. The Super Strength powers Hurl and Foot Stomp are planned attacks along with probably 1 or 2 more Secondary powers. Damage isn't going to be a strong point, but he will still be able to hold his own. Taunt is also an option midway somewhere. Overall, he's planned as a good PbAoE agro tank with the occasional boulder thrown out for range, not much on its actual output, but it will be able to hold its own.
