I seem to have noticed that i could never reach a cap lvl (expect for GW) and it really has bothered me for awhile. I also noticed that i have a little 'problem' with the 'delete' button :*( i have deleted characters as high as lvl 54 on WOW (RIP Chelm the Human Rogue, i miss you)
but i guess everyone is not perfect. >.> <.<.......for now
