It was no problem at all. My dad used to always listen to George and Johnny and it wasn't until I got older I realized the genius in their music.
That's alot of Cash. I'll have to think about that one. Also, I don't know if you have Irish heritage or not (your screen name), but another band I just got into is Dropkick Murphys. They're kinda of punk with Irish folk (i.e. banjo, squeeze box, bag pipes). They're definately worth a listen. A couple of my faves are "I'm Shippin Up to Boston" (is the song that plays during the opening credits of "The Departed") and "The Spicy McHaggis Jig." It's definately worth a listen. |
