I am Phèdre nó Delaunay de Montrève. I was born in Terre D’Ange, with a scarlet mote in my left eye. The sign of an anquissette, Kushiel’s chosen. I am doomed to be the instrument of Kushiel, the cruelest of Elua's angels. For me there will be no pleasure without pain, and no pain without pleasure, while desiring them both. My short life has already been filled with many stories.
But after my last adventure to Drujan, I had hoped I could finally start living a normal life. It was not meant to be. In my dreams Kushiel hunted me, and told me to go the north, to the promised land of the Jesuits. I hold it off for one year, but it was futile. I had to go. But this time I went alone. Joscelin suffered enough. After crossing Skaldi territory, I reached at a very strange place. Something completely impossible. A structure made completely out of steel! My curiosity surpassed my fear, and so I entered. But Kushiel is indeed a cruel master, that he led me to this new place, called Paragon City. I am now here to help in the struggle. Kushiel has left me for now, but I am sure he will return and show me the true reason why I am here.
