After being left behind on a intergalactic scouting run, XXXXXX XXXXXXX was stranded on Earth after his squad of peace-bringers traveled back to Ionia via plasma beam. Imeadiatly, XXXXXX's peace-bringer powers were fading, and only his Ionic powers remained. Now fighting for his adopted home, Cosmic-Man is a symbol of Liberty everywhere.
