| History |
Jessie Kincade was your standard magicians assistant, long-legged, beautiful and looked great scantly-clad. She worked in the Magic Beans magic shop when she wasnt in class at Paragon University. Trips to Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Los Angeles were common for her to help her boss, Magic Marvin the Marvelous, in his stage shows. She could often be heard mumbling under her breath some magic phrases she picked up from Marvin. Little did she know that one of these phrases would save and change her life forever.

| Origin of Jessie's Powers |
A cool wind blew across the hilltop and the temperature dropped as the sun went down behind the horizon. The campsite was starting to take shape as a small group of guys from Paragon University were setting up tents and starting a fire. Even though they were in their senior year, they acted like children if there were more than three of them together. As Frank was starting the fire, a few of the boys started to goof around a little bit. Todd came over to the fire and decided to pour some hairspray on the baby flames. The fire roared to life and grasped upward towards the fuel like a demon trying to escape from Hell. One of the flames ticked his hand and he dropped the entire bottle in the fire and backed away quickly. This excited the flames to the size of a man before they hurriedly calmed again. The rest of the guys tried to find other things to put in the fire to get a similar result, but all they could find were three cans of everyones favorite carbonated beverage, Fresca, so they threw them in and waited.
While this was happening, Jessie and her gaggle of girls were driving up the wooded path to the campsite. When they pulled up, they said it looked like an explosion at the site. The girls all jumped out of the car and started unpacking. Todd tried to get attention by showing off his new injury and asking girls to smell the burnt hair on the back of his hand. Jessie didn't want to see or smell a burnt hand, so she went over to the bonfire to absorb some of the heat. She squatted about three feet from the bricks that encapsulated the red-hot coals.
One of the other guys realized that the cans of soda were still in the fire boiling and yelled to warn Jessie, but she was lost in her thoughts that she did not hear anything. She thought she could see what seemed to be her reflection in the embers so she crept closer to get a better look. By the time she realied she was looking at the swelled surface of a superheated soda can it was too late. She mumbled a magic phrase under her breath as the can finally gave, "Manus multae cor unum..."
