Game History Profile: Dragon-storm (ch) Dragon-storm (ch) Level 3 Natural Controller City of Heroes Natural Champions Champion Server Origin Ex-Longbow Field Operative, Malcolm D’Garno, was recruited by the Draconis Corporation for his work in the effects of para-dimensional empathetic fluctuations in mental capacity. One day, the CEO of the Draconis Corporation came to Malcolm and his team, revealing that he was actually a Dragon. The Dragons had been watching over man-kind for millennia, insuring that they traveled a true and just course. Now, though, the Dragons had to move on, and ascend to their next level of existence. Before the last of their kind was to ascend, though, they wanted to insure that there would be Champions left in the world to insure peace and equality. The Dragon Council had chosen Magnus and a band of others to be those Champions. They were all to be trained by the most elite Warriors in all forms of combat, while the Dragons taught Malcolm the ancient techniques of harnessing the powers of the mind.
