Ex-Longbow Field Operative, Marik Rodgan, was recruited by the Draconis Corporation for his studies in medieval combat applications. One day, the CEO of the Draconis Corporation came to Marik and his team, revealing himself to be a real Dragon. The Dragons had been watching over man-kind for millennia, insuring that they traveled a true and just course. Now, though, the Dragons had to move on, and ascend to their next level of existence. Before the last of their kind was to ascend, though, they wanted to insure that there would be Champions left in the world to insure peace and equality. This it seems, is where Marik and his team come in. The Dragon Council had chosen he and a band of others to be their Champions. Marik and the others were to be trained by the best, most elite warriors in all forms of combat. The Dragons taught Marik the lost blade-techniques of the ancient world so that he would be prepared to take on the evil of the world. From that day forward, Marik would be the Hero.. Dragonstryke !
