Ex-Longbow Field Operative, Magnus Gradon, was recruited by the Draconis Corporation for his work in physio-psychotropic archaeology. Magnus and his team were assigned to research an ancient tome supposedly tied to the ancestry of the Draconis Corporation itself. They discovered a glyph which instantly opened a rift to another dimension, from which, an Ancient Artifact appeared, covered in what looked to be cosmic mathematical sigils. Before being able to cast a containment spell, the Artifact engulfed our hero and his team in an aura of power. Realizing what had happened, the CEO of the Draconis Corp. revealed that he was actually a Dragon, and informed our hero that the Artifact was known as the ‘Dragonsurge’ Talisman, and it had endowed our hero and the others with its mystical powers. Magnus would now be able to wield potent spells of the mind and physical abilities. The Dragons had watched over mankind for millennia, now our hero would have to uphold their Virtue, as the Hero. . Dragon Surge !
