I found a nice little list on the Official boards the other day. Each server has it's own rollcall of toons that ding the big Five-Oh. After waking up in Paragon City’s Laboratories, Red Scout lost all recollection of his past. Finding what little information he could from Paragon City’s Scientist, Red Scout has found out that he was rescued from the 5th Column and their experiments. The experiments done to him was intended to make an Ultimate Super Powered “Hero” for the 5th Column to fight and destroy all of Paragon’s Heroes. Coming to terms with what the powers at his hands were meant for, Red Scout fights along side the other Heroes of Paragon City to protect it from the villains that try to destroy it. But the mental scars remain, and Red Scout has to save the evil that has made him from The Council!

Hit 50 about 13 hours ago. Full story that I can't put into character description :~( Yes I know, it's long as hell.
At age 13, Andre Sils graduated from high school. A child protege, Andre had been sickly since birth. He thought he would never be able to follow in the family footsteps, foremen at the local quarry. He had dreams though, and aspirations, if he couldn't manually do the work, he'd make it easier. Graduating from college; at age 17, with a masters in geology and engineering. He asked the company's owner to hire him to build safer and more efficient equipment. With the Sils' family history in the company, there was no hesitation. The equipment was patented, and put into production.
Two years later, after a new section of the quarry was opened. His father and grandfather went to survey the area, unknown to them that a saboteur had set explosives. While Andre was directing his crew in the install of new equipment, a huge explosion went off. Looking towards of his family, all he saw was rubble. Dashing off, he was first to get there, and start digging. Other joined and they realized they had to use shovels and their hands as to not accidently hurt those they were trying to save.
It became apparent that something was special about Andre, as the other's dug with their shovels, he seemed to move huge amounts with just his bare hands. As if the earth was giving away to his passion and love for his family. Finding his grandfather's glasses, he moved at a frantic pace, and finally uncovered their faces, alive but unconscious. With all the digging, no one noticed that ridge had become unstable, and a large slate of rock had come loose. Screams of horror caught Andre's attention, and he noticed the movement of the slate immediately.
Great anger and outrage was all he felt as it fell. With a massive crash, the workers feared that 3 generations of the company's finest family had been killed in mere moments. Calling for heavy equipment to move the debris, they felt a tremor, and quickly backed away. The slate began to move, and hope went up that maybe it had landed on a pivot, and not crushed the family. They were half right, in both aspects. The chunk of rock started to move, and to their amazement, was being carried. A moment later, the 2 men were uncovered, and quickly dug out to safety. Looking towards the walking rock; it was tossed aside to a clearing, and after the dust cleared, someone unknown but yet quite familiar was standing there.
The pure anger of possibly losing his loved ones, and his own life had activated a dormant gene that not only came to life, but went into overdrive. His body had absorbed the compounds around him to build itself up for the task at that moment. He had went from a 5'5", 116 lb boy, into a 6'9", 293 lb man. With the strength of 100 men, and skin as tough as the rock around him.

A man of the 12 century here in paragon? During those dark times in midevil ireland his wife and daughter were murdered in the forest near their home. It stormed that night as he buried them. Tears rolled down his face as he cried out to the celtic gods for the means to avenge them. Suddenly the rain stopped and he found himself in mist as the warrior goddess brid appeared. She told him that their killer was a vile and powerful mage named Thule. She drew forth from the mists an axe and handed it to him As he held in his right hand he felt a power like nothing else. The magical Axe of cuchalain thus turned donovan into a great warrior of incredible might and he went after the mage thule. At the height of battle the mage drew forth a crystal of temporal power. Donovan brought his magical weapon down and shattered the crystal to thules horror. Donovan can hear his screams as the magical backlash through him across time and into the present. Now a midevil stranger in a strange world, he fights the forces of evil while searching for a way home to his time and stop his family from being murdered if he can.

History/Story: Former hit man for the Circle of Thorns. Able to control fire since birth. Ruthless and uncontrollable by the Senior Thorn Leader, he was offered up to the Paragon Police as a sacrafice. He was tried and convicted for crimes against the citizens of Paragon City. A failed attempt of his execution gave him his electrical secondary powers. And since you can only attempt an execution once on a felon, he was released, as a free man/hero. Now out on the streets he exacts his revenge on any wrong doer, especialy the Thorns.

History:
As a Sargeant in the Marine Corps, Marine was the product of a series of experiments by Bio-Engineering development Conglomerate B.I.C. ( Biological Innovations Corporation ) to release Dormant Mutant abilities in already trained Military Personel. The Project was successful in releasing the abilities, but at a price, the total loss of all personal memories. So with only his honor and conscience to guide him, Marine X set out on the path of a hero, founding the Mutant Marine Corps along with fellow Mutant, Defender Delphon and Scrapper, Detra to protect the Citizens of Paragon City at any cost.
