| Whats a hero got to do to get Safeguard Information? |

To find out what Safeguard missions you get at what lvl, and what the reward is for that mission?

Do you guys have certain villains in each mission (Trolls, clocks, Rikti, etc.) that goes with each level mission like we do in the Mayhems?

Ok. to get a specific map, depends on your level, not what zone you get the mish from. Just talk to a detective to get the scanner, then run the required amount of scanner missions (3 from 5-20ish, then 5 on) to get a safeguard.
Atlas Park:
lvl 5-10, raptor pack temp, Heart of the City badge (explore)
Kings Row:
lvl 11-15, Jump pack temp, King's Righteousness (explore)
Skyway:
lvl 16-20, Resuscitation (temp rez), Courage Driven
Steel:
lvl 21-25, Summon Teammates tp temp, Freedom's Defender
IP:
lvl 26-30, movement increase temp, Honorable Captain
Talos:
lvl 31-35, Endurance increase temp, Talos' Might
Bricks:
lvl 36-40, Health increase temp, Cornerstone
FF:
lvl 41-45, Life Insurance (debt reduction), Founders' Protector
PI:
lvl 46-50, Regeneration increase temp, Gatekeeper
and remember, you can only get the temp powers once. Hope this helps.
all information respecfully taken from vidiotmaps.com in some way, shape, or form, whether it be from their interactive maps of the safeguards, the print outs of the safeguards, or the exploration badge list. or, you can just copy over the maps straight from vidiotmaps.. that works too

Quick questions re: Safeguard Missions
When the alarm sounds (when the Jailbreak starts), does the game spawn the baddies that have the key?
I recently did a solo Indy Port Safeguard mish. I activated my Stealth Suit, and walked right past the goons in the lobby. I dropped the 'Arch-Villain' (or whatever you want to call him) and his runner inside the Vault. I walked outside and proceeded to street sweep and clear the 3 mishes. I then went back into the bank, and finished off the goons. Mission Complete, the clock starts ticking, etc. I then cleared all of the vandals. The alarm sounded for the Jailbreak, but everyone was already beaten. Granted, according to the map, the baddies with the key could have been where it's indicated on the map. I didn't check every spot. I waited for the 'Arch-Villain' to come outside but he didn't, and the alarm stopped pretty quickly after it began.
