Shillien Elders/saint for overall support. The have loads of Mana, regen others mana, get off heals quickly, and can run faster than other classes. They cant take a hit though (not that any healer can).
Bishops are nice though, this is great in a pvp support role because they give top xp replacement on rez.
Prophets used to be considered the all around best (buffs/heals/power/rez), but that was a while ago (now they can hardly get groups). The prophets can take the biggest beating of all the healer types.
But again, go Elder/saint.
