Double XP Progress Thread!

Are you all geared up for Double XP Weekend? Got your weekend supply of Twinkies and Red Bull?

I have my laptop sitting on the desk next to my desktop, farm some serious prestige for my SG and to get a character on my second account up some levels.

Lets all keep track of how things are going this weekend right here! Double XP weekend starts right after maintenance and ends Monday Morning!

i always post a goal, then compare the results.

i plan to:

get SpecOps Wink from 36-at least 41,
get SpecOps Aether from 18-22ish,
and get SpecOps Psion from 12-18 (at least)
and maybe see if i can work my WS out of her leveling-quagmire

and when Virtue is impossible to load, I will work on my 29 energy/energy blaster on Justice.

let's see how well that plan holds up....

In the spirit of Solarix's post my CoH goals for Double XP weekend:

Prestige for my SG
Get the Goblynn to level 35 (currently at 30, very do-able)
Get my Psi/Emp Defender, Empathos to 25 (currently 19)

Will post progress on Monday night.

I really didn't have any goals, but I wanted to get some serious progress on a Fire Kin Controller on my second account. I've got him from 1-21 today on a few farms with my Supergroup, the Burning Circle (plug plug). I also dinged 50 with Aurora Australis today, bringing me to 50 number 4...woot and whatnot. :)

My gaol is to get prestige for my my week old sg. I even signed my lv 45 to the sg so I can go to a pl team to help out on the prestige.

Already hit my modest goal: level up Abana once (to level 44). I'm flying to Disney world and hooking up with the extended family for a week-long vacation tomorrow, so I can't dedicate the weekend to CoH.

I'm too lazy to keep up with my own altoholism. Abana is my "main" right now as I'm going for my first level 50, but as for my creations here's a short list:

Abana (hero, Champion), lvl 46 mag tanker, stone/stone/fit
Etain Echraide (hero, Virtue), lvl 21 mag controller, plant/therm
One Man Vs. The Mob (hero, Virtue), lvl 11 sci blaster, nrg/nrg/fly/stealth

I hit my goal already, got my tanker Arctic Rock from 16 to 26. Now I'm going to work on getting my Katana/Regen scrapper from 6 to at least 16

SO far been working red side mostly. Got my Bane to 39, and my Dark/Dark brute to 38. As for Heros, I got my trick arrow/archery defender to 45.

Well, I'm trying to work on my new blaster on Freedom, but thats not working out. Got 6 levels on Friday but whenever I do manage to get into freedom I get DC'd and then it says full, so I can't get back in.

Tonight (which is the last time i will play during Double xp) I got my stone/ice tanker to 34. And I got my Katana/Regen scrapper to 18. Both of which surpassed what i expected to do.

Updated the siggy with the results of the weekend.

Main goals wer to get the DB/WP scrapper to 50, (I hit that goal Sunday morning (47-50)), and get the VEAT soldier to 24 to start the branching (which I hit Friday night (18-25)).

Started a PB and a few new toons.

Overall a productive weekend

I *sort of* stuck to my goals, but the only one I really cared about was getting out of the mid-late 30s with Wink. Shouldn't be long before I have her to 50. I think that the hour or so I played with Sunspot (fire/fire scrapper) were a bit wasted, he didn't have enough pull to get me to level him really quick. Mermaid (cold/ice defender) went from 1-12 in almost one sitting, and 1-10 were all done in the sewers within about an hour. Psion (double psy blaster) I played for an hour or two on a really good team, I was leveling like crazy, about one level per mission. Looking forward to getting Drain Psyche!

Unfortunately I didn't get a whole lot of time to play this weekend, but I did manage to get my new Fire/Kin to level 25 this morning. That's about it. I also racked up a lot of prestige and infamy.

I only got to play from 6-12 P.M. on sunday night so my progress was limited. Got my lvl 36 blaster to lvl 39 and 7 bars though. And got to do a numina TF for the first time.

My goal was to get my lvl 42 Ninja MM as close to 50 as I could, without farming or running ITFs, and I got him to 47 before the burnout set in Sunday evening. I got my Soul Storm power, which is just too fun...haven't used it in a real mish yet, so we'll see about the effectiveness. Hopefully the last few levels will go by fast, as I'm looking forward to unlocking VEATs.

my only goal was to make inf! but i decided to roll a new toon. thanks to my friend and her 4 dummy/filler accounts. i rolled a new toon, played it to 20, got it PLd to 29 and then switched to my farmer to make an additional 124 mil worth of inf. and i only played form friday 6pm to sunday 8 pm! im happpy!
