i don't know if he's banned or not, but over his post history on amp he has made quite a few "bad" posts/replies raging at ppl, using bad/innapropriate language,broke nearly every forum guideline and recently made a post specifically trolling for a reaction, so you can kind of guess what happened.
no matter what kind of player you are, good/bad, pvp/pve, your attitude on these forums should be a responsible and friendly one.

There is no time-based ban available to us, theres either banned or not banned. Temp bans are usually not done as it would be too much work to keep track of when someone is banned, when they should be unbanned, etc.
Therefore any admin who has ever banned (most admins), have perma-banned. Not just ED. So no, its not "trigger happy" its more of "thats how the system works".
EDIT: On a similar note, no one is banned for just going out of line once or twice (unless its extremely offensive)......most people who are banned have broke numerous rules numerous times, so they deserve not being allowed on the site at all.

I actually liked Aeon/Meg/Natural Stride (I didnt know that was another one). Sure he was douche-ish, but he was right about a lot of PvP aspects.
And calling him retarded and an asshole when he left the site does nothing for you.
We wonder, "Why?" when we lose friends, and there are never any good answers.

My acc: Pointstiveise is perm banned. This was perm banned. I was ip banned to but now it seemes they have removed the ban for this account and i have the same IP...
Wyat was that you who didnt have as much to do when i was gone who let me back?

The problem is bans are done in an IP basis. When an admin bans, all they can ban is IP, so someone might be able to get back on their "banned" account and post again, by using a proxy or another means of obtaining a different IP. Site managers can disable an account which means for that banned person to be aloud to post again they would have to make a new account all together.
That being said the only list of banned "people" would be have to be obtained from a SM looking through disabled accounts (they might have a page similar to the ban page, I dont know). As for getting a list, I doubt that will happen as I'm sure there are many disabled accounts, and I know there are many banned IP's....compiling a list of banned people would take tons of work, we would have to look up the banned IP, then find all names that used that IP, then compile it into a list and remove any duplicates. Considering theres thousands of banned IPs, I dont think that list is going to be made anytime soon. Besides, most of the banned IPs are from spammers/gold sellers/etc.....so we would have to weed them out as well just to end up with a list of banned, known names. (known meaning excluding spammers/etc)
That being said, we can look up if a person is banned, and we can check if an IP is banned, but dont count on a full list of banned people appearing any time soon. That would require much work from the admins, or possibly even more work from a SM.
