Does anyone know the badges or missions you need to get other weapon skins. I have the overseer badge but i herd there is one in RWZ does anybody know how to get them?

For the Vanguard weapons, I am pretty sure you can buy them with Vanguard merits.

yeah you can get these claws from a RWZ worktable with 100 vanguard merits.

Most of the badges which unlock weapons at the tailor are earned by hunting an appropriate villain group. For example, the tommy gun is unlocked by earning the Untouchable badge (by hunting Family bosses). If you want to unlock all the weapons, just earn all the hunt badges.
The Vanguard weapons are not unlockable. Those are bought with Vanguard merits. However, there are some hunt badges you could earn in RWZ and some of those unlock weapons. All of those badges can also be earned outside of RWZ, though.

Overseers (Visionary badge), or any of the Shadow Shard TFs badges should unlock the Rulaaru weapons, for Heroes. For villains, you need to do Technician Naylor's arc.
You can get Romulus' sword if you complete the ITF with a Broadsword scrapper. If you do it twice, you get his Nictus version.
The rest of the weapons are unlocked by defeat badges, as the others have said, or by using Vanguard Merits for the Vanguard stuff.
