i was just wondering where can you find gold on the map i have an expert miner but i just can never find any gold veins if anyone nos where to find gold veins or how to pocket gold easily just respond

Gold veins are somewhat rare, and I've only seen them in the areas where you need to be about lvl 20+ to be able to roam the zone and mine it.
Gold so far all I've seen is that you can use it for some crafting items, so I'm not sure what you meant by pocket some.
My miner has about 40 gold bars in the vault because I rarely use it.

If you're talking about mining for gold that you spend, I don't thinnk you can find that. You really just have to earn it through playing...or a few helpful tips....

lol I think he's talking about mining gold as a mat for blacksmiting (or engineering?)... and BTW I haven't see a gold vein neither sry :S

I stumbled upon a vein of gold just a little ways into the Badlands from Loch Modan. I snuck past the Dwarves that are immediately to the right as you enter into the Badlands and found a vein straight ahead as you go in. I wasn't able to mine it though because it said my skill needed to be 150 or something like that. I definitely plan to go back there again when I get it high enough.
