Everytime, when I go to single player, I choose a map, then I click on "STAR SINGLE PLAYER" and the game closes immediately, no error, no message, nothing.
hmm....?

G'day ghostsniper_37
I too get booted back to the desktop like u. My weird problem is i cannot join a LAN game. Just a few questions for ya:
what operating system do u have. If Windows xp do u have service pack 2 installed.
how much RAM do u have? more importantly do u have 2 x 512MB sticks of RAM?
Im trying to asertain wether your problem and mine are related in anyway. If so then maybe we can help each other out.
My "problem post" is just below yours.
Ive done a ghost image of my current operating system and will install windows xp pro back on with only service pack 1 on. Then try to connect to a LAN game again. I'll let u know what happens. I won't be able to do this until much later though (possibly tomorrow).
Cheers

G'day GhostSniper37
Well i tryed connecting to a LAN game with windows xp pro with no service packs and even rolled back the via drivers but to no avail. The same problem still exists for me. I can join using 768MB DDR RAM but not 2 x 512MB DDR RAM. Bloody strange this. Hmmm thinking..... thinking.....
By the way can u create a multiplayer game, join a multiplayer game etc?
Whats your system??
Cheers
