hmm dont seem to be active at all and i submitted a heafty tip and still no response or credit or nothing, messages boards seem to be deserted.
so is it dead?

actually, the staff is starting to become a little more active again. Unfortunatly L2 simply doesn't give out much news to the community and the majority of the community is working on plugging in data for the L2DP project for C2.
Some of the media in which users usually submit to keep things active have been thwarted because of plug-ins and mods to the game to make it more enjoyable. NC Soft doesn't like us posting modded images so we're gonna try to help out in other ways.
What would you like to see on the site again? We're eager to listen and eager to help. We're also eager to recieve help so if anyone would be willing to step forward and join the admin squad that may help the process.
Thanks for the concern and no, we're not dead, we're trying to roll out the next set of modules for the GameAmp L2 Site.

Aye, we are indeed here :) We are making some major revisions to the network at the moment and unfortunately there hasn't been much news besides castle sieges which are weekly.
We are currently working to update all of the L2DP information so that the classes, weapons, drops, quests etc will be up to date.
We are not dead however, just idling for a bit :D
The art of programming is finding patterns where others see only chaos...

Yes we are most definately here and are making great strides in improving this site for you usage. Any suggestions you may have concerning things you would like to se on the site can be addressed directly to myself via private message on these boards
