ok im at the point now where i just got incandescent strike 6-slotted. its a highly damaging attack and ive built my PB around scrapper/tank style. but my question is, how should i slot incan strike....its so powerful i want to 6 slot it with dmg but it is also a huge end drain so i dont want to miss plus it takes awhile to recharge. currently i have 4 dmg, 1 acc and 1 recharge red. but i feel like i need an end reducer as well? any suggestions?

How about damx2, recredx2, holdx2 (or hold, endred)? Don't underestimate the hold application. If you can get two shots off on a Boss, it's held.
If you're a PB, end will be a problem in human form unless you have Stamina. The issue with Stamina, is that it doesn't carry over into Nova/Dwarf forms.

i dont have incand strike fully slotted yet, but with a 4 slotted hasten, it comes up pretty quick. ive got a 2 slotted stamina, and a 4? i think slotted conserve energy. it works out VERY well for me. recharge isnt a big issue, and endurance isnt either.
