| who is "???", Demo and BETA |

Hi,
During my hours of DSII Beta and Demo i have encountered a creature named ??? (level 100).
He often shows up directly after battles.
He is harmless and just jumps around untill he dissapears in some sort of hole that he creates, but..
Before he dissapeares, make sure you attack him as much as you can because after every strike you give him he will drop a rare item(lgt.blue).
Your pet will auto attack him if he shows up.
I dont have any picture of him, but i was wondering if anyone else here has seen him?
I know for sure that he exits because i have seen dissussions about him on some BETA forum, but now he has showed up in the Demo.
Has anything to do with the story?

Wow, now that is something I haven't seen! Get a picture of this guy! I'm gonna go in there and see if I can't flush him out.
How many times have you seen him, what did he look like and where (or what fight/encounter) did he spawn at?

Well, i have seen hime three times, or more. Different locations all times.
Just do a couple of rounds( Eurilan - Elven Shrine) and im certain you will see him. Since he appears directly after a big battle, you might misstake him as a ordinary monster, be quick to attack him before he dissapears.
I saw him today and got 3 rare swords and a pair of rair boots.
I´ll try to get a picture of him,
can i post a picture in this forum?

Interesting... I even made 10 or so Western Portal to Elven Shrine treks today to see if I saw the infamous monster but no luck so far.
Perhaps it was only implemented in the downloadable demo?

That could be..
It was far more common in the BETA than in the demo though,
it was talked about it widely on forumplanet´s DSII Beta forums.
