Hey I'm a Warrior / Monk Level 9, but I have no idea where to train...I have access to Ascalon, Piken, Frontier Gate, Port Sludge (I think thats what its called), Fort Ranik, The Courthouse, and Droknars Forge, but I don't know what to kill. I'm currently killing the stone summit with a party, but I'm not getting that much Experience (25-30 Per Kill). Does anyone know where a W/Mo9 should be training? Also, if possible, i'd like someone to tell me where I can get better weapons besides buying them. I have a 6-27 chaos axe now..

I don't remember exactly what areas are good for what levels, but as a general rule, go through the missions till you get to a point where most of the people looking to get into a mission are higher level then you are. If you are in a town where the majority of the people are level 5, then you should move on; if you are in a town where everyone's level 15, then go back.
Also, if you just want exp, remember that it may be better to kill weaker monsters if you can kill them faster. Be aware of how much xp you get in 10 minutes, rather then how much you get on each monster.
For weapons, I usually just wait until I get a good drop and use that. (You might want to go to a higher level area for better drops)

Adding to this all, XP is not really important, you will get lvl 20 before you know it. Most of us get to lvl 20 when were about half-way through the game. After that you will get skill-points, but you wont be using that a very lot (at least not if you do not buy every skill, but try to get them with quests ^^).
For the weapon, buy one or w8 for a good drop. This can take very very long, even in areas with higher lvl creatures. So that's why people usually buy them ^^.

A good noob place to train is just outside of The Gates Of Kryta, train on the Mergolys or w/e the hell it's called, and you'll be fine. But watch you, they might do 5 damage to you.
