you input button combos when it hits 100 to gain a temporary boost, here are the boosts
1. booster- regeneration and will grow your health/armor
2. speed- you run faster
3. berserker - shoot 2x as fast
4. invisible- self explanitory
There are two bonus combos also I think (ie mini me and one other).
The reality of adren is that booster/invis seem to be the most usefull and the most common to see fired off, berserk is insane when mixed with the double damage and the mini but isn't ground breaking.

invis - 2x right , 2x left
speed - 4x forward
the other 2 are 4xbackwards, 2xleft+2xright

4x forward is speed
4x back is booster
2x right 2x left is invis
2x left 2x right is beserk
the bonus adren r only available throught the bonus combos mutator
camo - 4x right
pint sized - 4x left
