Is there a way to speed up the movement (mouse) of the tank turrets or guns on other vehicles? Don't know if that's the way it's set in the game or if you can change this by some setting.

Loo in options and controls and you will seee mouse sensitivity settings.

yeah you can set a different sensitivity for each class of vehicle. i think the turret counts as land.
