For those of you that are already in game, are the beginning quests mundane "rat quest" type of quests? I mean, will I feel like a weakling having to battle and defeat rabbits and such in the noobie areas? I surely hope not....
Can anyone shed some light on this?

*boggle* people are already playing the game? Last i heard it doesnt even come out till about March 2006...

I would say they are in beta with the game right now. But until they release that lovely Non Disclouser Act we won't be able to really get any info from them.
But once the NDA is gone I would like to know if there were those pesky "rat quests". I remember the saddest day I had playing Ultima Online was when I died by the claws of a cute little bunny. Nothing more humilating than that.

In Dark age of Camelot can get killed as a level zero player by a snail. Very discouraging. Still a cool game though. I don't mind if it starts with rats, as long as it doesn't cost me more then a hour or two to get out of it.

Maybe instead of rats they will have wererats. Then it wont be as humiliating to die from them.

What if they took it the other way and introduced something totally humiliating to be killed by. Even worse than rats. That might just be funny. :)

I've been killed by a bunny before in a MMO. I think that is worse than a rat.
