Has anyone else noticed this glitch since they insalled I5? I refer to it as the "X-Ray Vision Glitch". Both myself and a friend noticed, that on missions when you are indoors, moving the mouse around often makes the walls blink out of the room for seconds, allowing you to see all the people waiting for you in the next room. I thought maybe it was because I keep my graphics settings low?
Anyone else seen this?

Update your video drivers. More than likely that's the cause.

I think it has a lot to do with some of the graphics improvements that are causing problems for some people. My computer now has a rate of about 11 frames per second, which makes for choppy playing, but a friend of mine has had his fps drop to about 3 since i5 hit, which is all but unplayable. No, it is neither his computer or a lack of computing knowledge because this guy is the guy that techie geeks worship. He's been in contact with the Devs and NCSoft both, and after he's given them all the information they've asked for, they are stumped. But his problem sounds kinda like yours as well because toons, NPCs, and objects will sometimes 'phase out" totally or partially, making it hard to see what is an enemy and what is a civvie and what is actually empty space. Dunno what is up, but I'm hoping for a patch soon!

That happened on a mission in Striga last night...a turret was invisible and still shooting at us, finally we tracked down where it was and the tank held aggro while the blaster caltroped the thing to death. LOL it took a while.

Yep, this is the same thing I mentioned in another thread. I upgraded Windows (finally) and loaded a new driver (to the best of my knowledge I just have an Intel 82845 Graphics Controller?). We'll see if that works - I was only on for a couple minutes earlier and it still seemed a little glitchy, though possibly not as much.
(now, I'd also like to know why my cursor changes from white to blue to red when I'm superjumping, but that is the game and not a driver/bug...)
