I think i'll go for the class closest to the theif or ranger. I always have with those classes with other games. how about you? Also in the realtime video what class is the character with the dual swords?

I've always been a dark warrior type.. in Guild Wars, I am a warrior/necromancer... I may be going for the Dragon Knight in SUN. (cept in CoH, my first main was an energy blaster.. then made a scrapper)

And i wonder if there's gonna be stats in the game that help the character out more and stuff. You know..like AGI and DEX for the Valk and STR for the berserker.

I too like to play dark characters. Ever since the necromancer in Diablo, it's been my favorite. I'll go with the magician at first. Anyone have know if they are featured in any of the movies?

The only types they have talked about so far are two of the warrior types that are on the page here. I'm sure there will be a nice wide varitety of classes, they seem to be heading in the right direction so far.

The teleport attack guy was a knight. Pretty tight huh? But i think i'l lmake a valk first still :P

yeah..but valks i think use 2 crossbows...like to long ranged gun type xbows. Maybe it'll be worth while..

Yeah they do. I think all the pics we've seen are either default weapons or low lvls ones so there has to be alot more in store.

Also I think I'll be a Valkyrie and some sort of Paladin class if they have one, if not berserker. I think from the pics ive see I'd like to have a ranger. A tank or DD (damage dealer) so i can have high def and str.

I played a mage/assassin in Shadowbane, but it was a FOTM build. In Horizons, I played a Reaver, which was a warrior/blood mage, who could tap his life to increase damage. In FFXI, I played a dragoon/white mage, which was ok, and in World of Warcraft, I played a warrior to 60, and a shaman to 54 so far. I must admit that I love hybrid classes, so a warrior/mage will be right up my alley.

ic ic. I know they have a mage in this game but ioon oabout hybrids...but after seeing the cinematic vid i think they do have a war/mage.

lol, i will get the berserkers, yeah i think it would be good, because i dont like weak classes that i have to train it to become a better warrior

im a player that likes to be different from all the others =P but over all i like ranged damage dealers like archers and mages, i think ill make a mage though. Are there different types of mages?

the valk as a class looks promising but i refuse to play as a chick ... call me old fashioned ... or whatever you like :P Typically I prefer mages of some sort so hopefully they'll have a stellar offering in that class. In guild wars I play a mes and I have to say that concept (anit-caster or a disruption class) really piqued my interest and I'd love to see more games adopt at least something akin to it.
