ahah, it just dawned on me, there's no weapon that really works for isntagib! woohooo!
Altho, I'm sure someone will modify the shotgun or something just to give that damned mode playability.

Don't count on it mason, some guy modded a insta mini in 2k4, I am sure it will shop up in Doom3.

There's already ~30 mods for doom3, most of them I completely disagree with. Alot have to do with the flashlight and adding one to every weapon. This takes away all the fun and makes it far too easy. Where's the enjoyment of walking into a dark room not knowing what the hell is creeping in that dark spot and thinking "is it too late to pull out my flashlight to check?---- SHIT TOO LATE" and get a good scare. New age gamers need to grow a spine.
Another crappy mod are the theift mods. These steal your cd-key, it's sad people can't go out and get a job to buy the game or can't ask their mommies for the money.
The rest are just small stupid things like pump plasma gun, or a faster firing pistol or chainsaw dm(how exciting is to deathmatch for more then a minute with chainsaws, seriously). Also things like machine gun x which makes your machine gun uber. Do people make/play these mods and think "it's not cheating, i'm just using a mod" as an excuse to play through the game easier?
You ever have those days that you know?

screw the mod and just type god into console if you are that lazy.
As for the cd-key stealers, that happens in every game. Doesn’t make it right, but that’s the issue.
