PC Check on 2 Max Gold Weapons!

Alright, can someone give me a price check on these 2 weapons I found?

I cant figure out prices, they seem out of wack to me, but anyway... the hammer, meh @ zealous and under 50%... armor is nicely maxed, low req is very nice...But I cant see that hammer really selling for oodles of cash... If i were a hammer warrior, I wouldnt buy it at all unless i wanted a secondary weapon slot to switch to in dire situations

the spatha, ermmm, decent stats good decent weapon... req 11 may turn a few people off...
but again, with the increase in drops, I dont see a whole lot of items selling for max prices... maybe 20k?

Just asked a hammer dealer and she said around 50k for the hammer etc. Maybe more due to low req, I'll go see some other sites.
