Hey ppl
I need help i was just messing around the other day and started this quest and i entered old ascalon is there anyway i can get back to ascalon (the normal one)

If your talking about the pretty ascalon then your outta luck. You proberly talked to sir tydus and he put you thru to post searing. sorry buddy but the only way to get back to that pretty little town of ascalon is to create a new character. its ok post searing is much better anyways. better items and much more exciting quests:D

Yep Shady is right about that, you went trough the academy and now there is no turning back.
Helping ppl is what this forum is all about and shady you did a Great and fast job +

Thanks you 2 and you know if i do create a new character but wanna go there again (i no im annoying :)) what level would you recomend because when i went there all i saw were lvl 14s +

There is no definite answer to that but you will find a guide or tip about it and it's one of the view on the topic. I would recommend you get the most out of it and do all the quest and missions or you might try to milk it dry and get LVL 10+ put in my view this is too much work timewise. When you get to LvL 8 it's time to consider but it of course, depends on if you have a plan or not. After all, if you know how to play you are better than a lot of higher level players hands down.

When I went post-seer, my elemental was 11. My warrior, (that I just created) I went post-seer at lvl 8 (and she is kicking butt). My necro is still pre-seer and he is lvl 6. I think it varies on what class you are, but I have seen lvl 3 and lvl 4 people in post seer and they seem to be doing fine. :)
But I do hear of quests that I never got to do back in Ascalon, and wish I could go back and finish them. :)

That may take a while. I can get them to 8 but after you reach 7, all the quests are done and the only way to level is by fighting. Because your at a level 7 or higher then you don't level as fast when you fight the foes. You can do it, it will just take a long time and you will probobly get bored and want to leave before before you reach 10. Once you "Postseer" thats when the game begins anyway. The whole thing doesnt look all depressing like Ascalon, so dont worry. It's very picturesque actually.

I went in to post searing at lvl 12 with my monk. After I got to lvl 8 I went charr hunting up north :P . And in the battle in the academy I kicked butt! Only lvl 2's against us LOL.
