Just go to the areas mentioned, use your tab key to scan every enemy on your mini map, move till you get more red dots, scroll through them... you dont necessarily have to kill everything on a capping run (tho if it's red it's gotta be dead is my opinion) but you can cover a lot of territory simply by moving and scanning. Bear in mind, the boss may not have spawned this time through for you, it may be another. Took me a while to find Signet of Judgement this past weekend
