First you need to find the guild registar (in one of the main cities).
Then you have to buy a charter.
Next you have to have 10 (think that's right) other players sign your charter, until you get all the signatures you won't have a guild.
I've found it to be a pain if say you and a buddy wanted to create a guild for just the close friends, so my hunter bud and I have been guildless the whole time.

And also the Guild Charter or watever it is called costs only 10 silver.....But the tabard costs 10 gold.
But make sure you will be fully committed otherwise its a real bugger!
And Kaz Im also in the process of making a guild for my close friends and last nite i was thinking that if my friend had the guild charter and I kept making alts to sign it would that work and we could just kick em all out wen its made?

Nope alts can't sign it. It's one signature per account.
Been there tried that.

just mentioning its 9 characters + Yourself to create the guild and yeah last time i checked it was 10 silver.
Tabard costs 10g to design then 1g per tabbard too buy once you have designed.
You may only have one head honcho per guild but as many officers and lower sabordinated as you can recruit.
If your just starting out creating a guild will be alot of hard work as the whole premisis of a guild is too help each other out and at lower levels you wont be able to support each other as well, id have 2 sujest try joining another guild and leveling with them and if u really want to branch out leave it till you at least 25 - 30ish.
But then again what do i know, if ur set then go for it.
