I have been shy about using the runes because they semm to take away health. I have used a few that improve overall health It seems popular to use these however and I read about there use in many of the guides. I am a R/Me but this could apply to any other proffession. Whats everyones opinion on this?

Runes are awesome.... But make sure to only have 1 supurior if you are going to use them multiple could hurt your health
