creating antoher character is always fun, but you always take the risk of loosing interest in the re run of all the missions. make sure you take a new character that you will no get bored with.

Well for me, New characters are always fun. I have around 4 roleplaying characters (+1 that I dont like to play...who has 15k armor but remains as my storage). The porblem I face is that I will like a new character so much that I forget about my old ones. New characters are also somewhat of moneysinks, so you might go down a little there unless you farm (check my mountain troll guide if you ned suggestions).

Yes it is worth it. I have a W/Mo20 and a Mo/W20 and I just started a N/Me not long ago which is now a lvl 9. I made sure of something though before I started the necro char....and thats is, that I had plenty of cash in storage. Basically I saved up enough cash that I could buy droks armor for my char early...I bought it when my necro was a lvl 2....had a friend run me to Beacons and then paid for a run to Droks. Since then I have rolled through the first missions and quests quickly. I'm at the point now where I have enough atts and skills that I can really start to enjoy the game with my new char. One thing about playing with different chars is that you really get a much better understanding of the game and what other players in your party are doing. I never knew what Monks really did and what options they had and how challenging their job was, until I formed my Mo/W....and now I'm learning all about the N/Me as well. Playing new chars is worth the cost of the money...its alot of fun. Cant wait to raise my first minion army or get to use the Well of blood/power or whatever its called...woot! :)

Yea i definately recommend making some more characters. I think it gets boring staying as one type of profession. (Cept mesmer :P) But i like to try out different playing types and learn how to play as every profession.(helps alot for playing as a mesmer) although u might not think so at first, each different profession has different ways to be played, so keep experimenting.

Illusive Sheep- Lvl20 Me/W
Vivacious Sheep- lvl20 E/Mo
Super Sheep- lvl 4 W/N
Slaughtered Sheep- PvP Mo/N

I wish I could play more than four characters without having to delete some or buying a second account. So yes, make more. However, except maybe buying the best armor you can at Ascalon, and maybe passing down a good weapon, I suggest working towards the better armor. The armor at Ascalon, you could buy anyway, if you ran all of the quests in Pre and made a few char runs before going post. The weapon is kind of cheating, to extremists. But then, you could buy one also. So, maybe it is not too much out of lines of what hte designers had in mind for GW play. Anyway, give the character too much of an advantage, and you do not get the feel of the character until you get to the really challenging stuff. Then you do not have the experience to deal with it. Most people you run into further into the game, who got there without earning it with that character, are a liability to your party.

you can let a few quest go and pick them up with the other character. make sure it is completely different. i have a ele/nec20 wo/mo17 and me/ran15. all play different and it is fun to do a mission with two on the same day to see how it plays.
example reversing the scales. boss Tiomat or sonthing like that. The mesmer was better than de ele. I did not do it with the wo.

i have probably had a total of 9 rpg characters. back before the upgrade one of the best ways to unlock skills was to use up all your skill points with one character, delete it and go through again with another of the same build. and get the skill i missed. right now i am running 3 rpg characters and one pvp. I'd like to reduce it to half and half, or even 1 rpg and 3 pvp. but i've almost always had all 4 slots filled ;)

My first character was a W/Mo, got him to lvl 20 then decided to make a E/Mo, got him to lvl 20. Then I wanted to make a ranger, got to lvl 8 and it got boring so I deleted him for a space for a PvP character. A week or so later I made a Mo/N and enjoyed every bit of it, so I got him to lvl 20. Depends on who you are and what you enjoy, so don't over use the game, but have fun and do stuff totally different the next time (s) around so that it doesnt get old and boring :)

One of the reason for running more than one character is you can workout first hand the good and bad points about other character classes and how to shut them down. Not only the fun factor but learning about other classes then you know what other characters can do or not do.
Like a crippled or slowed warrior or blinded ranger working out the wich drops attack of a class then you can defend against it and also use those tactics against others.
Also if you get stuck with one character then go play another for a time so you dont get bored and when you go back to the other with freash ideas.
So more character, more fun but I would say work out which is your main one so all your characters are not low level when your friends are all calling "I finished the game".
