Go down to the Media Tab and click on Screenshots. From that screen, in the top bar is a "Submit a Screenshot" link cleverly hidden in right below the Guild Wars banners
"Guild Wars: Screenshots___________________Submit a Screenshot"
____________________________________________^Click here
From there, just follow the instructions. Also, is it necessary to use so many capital letters?
Not going to post a link, so go hunt for it yourselves =P
