... meet her at the north door, the commander remains in the point where I found her after I reach the interior plaza. She has the "?" always gold, even after I've spoke with her. I've tried to go to the north door, but nothing happens. I've readed about to convert the bak files into the real save, but the bug still remains... how can I do?

Other info: I've noticed that the guards near the commander are standing in the same place.... is there any way to move the NPC? I cannot figure out any idea... the last thing i want to do is to start a new game again....
P.S: I've already finished the game in mercenary mode. Now i'm attempting in veteran mode... but now happens this hellish bug!

The commander... she is the NPC with the golden ? on her head. She wants to help her by the north gate, after the guards sets some bomb. But the guards appear to be stunned, also the commander. I know this because i've already done in mercenary level.
