The person with the elven waterwill be wanting a morden head on a pike for trade and he is in Kalrathia. Take the south roud out of town and his house is on the right.

nah i dont think he is in Kalrathia. the guy who HAS elven water is in Aman'Lu, just past the once broken bridge.

the water is for a prospector in the desert outside act 3 town (in a tower)

go out the same gate that you did when you went to turn on the water he is in one of the towers

OK I got an oddball one.. I just bought the game the other day and I just started playing for all I was worth. of course that is not much. Anyways I dont usually try to do all the secondery quests but I started to in the close to the end of the game.. well guess what I sold the elvin water.. How do you get it back?

Sorry mate!
You have to finish the game on normal mode and then resume your character on veteran mode to start the quest all over again because theres no way you can get the water back.
And by the way I don't you think that you can sell the elven water since it is a quest item and quest items can't be sold. But anyway that doesn't matter.
