i am looking to buy an armor 16 crimson carapace shield, i forget which collector gives them out so i figured it would be faster to buy one in here.Write down the price and your ingame name, if u have the shield.

There are two flavors of collector shields available, both 16 (9 tactics) +45 health and -2 damage, one giving bonuses while in stance and the other when hexed. The hex one is easy enough to obtain (you can get it in the desert or in the Shiverpeaks) but it is a PITA to obtain the bleached shells for the stance shield (because Wurms are few and far between, and take ages to kill).
No, I haven't bothered to get one.

I have an armor 12 one that gives the bonuses while enchanted, if I could find an armor 16 version of it that'd be awesome.

I don't think that there is a 16AL collector shield that gives bonuses when enchanted. The highest AL with that property is the 12 one you mention (and which can be found in the Mamnoon Lagoon).
But stance should be fine? Most tank builds use a stance, AFAIK.

I know there shield that gives +45 health and -2dmg while in stance out side camp rankor he wants 5 frosted griffon wings it's max armor of course and it needs 9 tatcis..... hope you find this tip can be used good.

Nope - this one was changed to +45 health and -2 damage while hexed. The only in stance one that is left is in the desert...

i NEED one that works while enchnted, not hexed, or in a stance..if ANYONE has one over armor 12, i need it..

One of the Sorrow's Furnace bosses drops a green shield that is 16 AL, +45 HP, -2 DMG, while enchanted. Sorry I don't have his name.

its a green sheild and it cost alot and is very rare. i think its name is malion's sheild

The crimson carpace shield used to be outside of rankor, the stance one. The changed that one to while hexed. There is another one in the desert north of thirtsy river, not sure if that one is stance or hexed.

You can only encounter Malinon during the Orozar quest which is not necessarily among my favorites (basically, it's Thunderhead Keep once again without the comfort of walls to direct the flow of incoming enemies or catapults to decimate them, and a babysat dwarf with suicidal tendencies). I've witnessed Malinon kicking the bucket about 10 times by now and not once has he dropped anything valuable. Might try letting the priests rez him and then kill him like 10 times in a row?
In any case the shield will cost you dearly if you are able to find somebody willing to sell his.
