well i just use Imageshack and put [IMG][/IMG] tags around the Url

if you want a pic in you post
you gotta upload it first to a website somewhere
there are sites where you can upload your pics for free
then just rightclick on the pic ones it's on the site
choose properties
and copy the url
past it in your message here
highlight the entire link and press the IMG button
enter and finished, there is your pic...

just put [IMG] in front of your image as well
[/IMG] closes the link to your pic
[IMG] opens the link to your image
try type this:
[ IMG]http://www.gameamp.com/modules/core/user_avatars/30281_zanthos_Avatar.jpg[ /IMG]
to get this:
