| Favorite/most hated "Super movies" |
|
|
|
The best superhero movies of all time are (IMOHO) the following in order of greatness:
1. Batman Begins: wow, that's all I could say after seeing this for the 5th time was, wow. 5 times and I still enjoyed it. Batman is comics hardest character to portray and not only does Christian Bale nail it he becomes both Batman and Bruce Wayne, so much so that I BELIEVED that he was those characters. Great story, good villians, I just can't say enough good things about this movie. It was so true to the spirit and mood of the comics while having an eerie reality to it. I almost felt like Batman could really be out there, somewhere. That is the first "super" movie to make me feel that way.
2. The Incredibles: I think a lot of people write this movie off as kids stuff but I disagree. Watch it. Really, really watch it. It has an excellent, compelling story that contains all the elements that make a good superhero comic. Charaters that are "super" yet human and you can identify with. Moments of intrique, humor, suprise and rousing action with a tight, moving plot. This is superheroes 101. Fantastic movie, I love this one.
3. Unbreakable: yeah, yeah. I know. "Unbreakable"?? Hear me out. I like this one cause it's different. When I went to go see this movie I had just returned from overseas and knew nothing about it. I just happened to look in the paper and saw that a new M. Night movie was out. So, I went. It was probably 65-70% through the movie when I realized "Oh, my God! This is a "super" movie!!" I've never seen the subject of superheroes examined like this. A little slow, yes, but very thought provoking. What would you do if you gained super powers? Maybe think you were sick or crazy? Good stuff.
Worst "super" movies:
1. Batman and Robin: 'Nuff said. Let's move on.
2. Superman 2: Aside from Margot Kidder being the WORST Lois Lane that could possibly be chosen, I hate this movie because it just gets so damn goofy after starting off pretty damn good. I credit SM 2 with setting the presedence of hollywood taking a "super" and doing what freakin' ever they please with it since it's "Just a comic movie". Towards the end, Superman shows off all kind of weird powers and gadjets he's never had and (this is the big one) he !!KILLS!! the bad guys at the end and doesn't even blink! In fact, Lois kills one herself and Superman just grins like a jackass! WTF! BOO! BOOOO!
3.Fantastic 4 (the new one): Just when "super" movies were starting to get some respect, we get this turd shoved on us. Movies like this could send comic flicks back to the B-list shelves if we as a fandom don't rise up as one and poo-poo it mercilessly. So-slow plot and so-so FX means a so-so-slow movie, period. It stinks!
Your turn!

I think the x-men movies are the best by far. Although spider-man is not far behind.
I despise almost all the batman movies(have not seen begins yet) the punisher sucked too (both of them)

I wasn't a big fan of the Batman movies, however, I do have to agree that Batman Begins was OUTSTANDING!
Favorites: The Crow, Sin City (was this comic movies or superhero movies?), X-Men (both)
Least Favorite: Superman 2 (totally agree with you there), I can't think of any others right now.

Going in reverse and starting with the worst...
5)Dungeons & Dragons- God awful is too weak of a phrase for this one. At least I consider this one a movie about superheroes, it fits the profile. (this is for the mainstream movie...the scifi channel version is coming out in 2 weeks and maybe added to this list.
4)Superman 3 & 4- The big stinkers of the superman legacy. Although it's cool to note that Lana Lang in the 3rd movie ended up being Martha Kent in the Smallville tv show.
3)Supergirl- Nothing really needs to be added here.
2)Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the movie)- It's amazing that one of the best television shows was made from this movie.
1)Wonder Woman the Movie- Some of ya'll won't even know about this one. It's not the Linda Carter bloodline, it was made just before the series. This starred Cathy Lee Crosby as Wonder Woman in the absolute worst comic to movie I think has ever been done in the history of movies.
*********************************************************
The best superhero movies (in my opinion, of course)...
5)Superman the Movie- The father of all superhero movies to come, this movie proved a man could fly and look realistic (for the time it was made) 'nuff said.
4)Spiderman 1- Loved this movie, casting was great and the acting was pretty top notch. The special effects were mind blowing.
3)Unbreakable- Tremendous movie on the private side of a superhero. It wasn't about a teenager with 6 pack abs or a blonde bunny with breast the size of watermelons in spandex...it was about a middle aged average looking man who discovered he was bascially the first mutant superhero of the world and unknowingly had a psycho arch villian tracking his every move.
2)Incredibles- Great CG movie about the superhero genre in general. It's such a great movie for the fun factor of it.
1)The X-men 1&2- Both of these movies top my list and will never fall from a tied number 1 spot. I have the entire run of xmen comics to date, although, the past 10 years have really blown in the comic industry for enjoyable story lines. I'm an X-men fan and these movies haven't disappointed me one bit. I was against the casting of storm at first, but, Miss Barry proved to be a great call on the producers part. I stalk the internet waiting for info on the next one and the Phoenix story line.

Worst 'super/comic' movies: new Hulk (I could do better F/X on a lite bright), Batman 3 & 4 (I actually do like and respect Mr. Clooney, and Mr. Kilmer, but they are NOT Bruce Wayne, much less The Batman).
Havrn't seen Batman Negins, yet, so I'll hold my tongue on that one.
Best 'super/comic' movies: Daredevil, Blade Trilogy, Star Wars holy trilogy (oh, it fits - comic-y and super-y), Star Wars Ep. III, Batman and Batman Returns.

Best in order:
1: Hellboy/Batman (it is a tie, I love dark gothic comics/movies like Grendel, what can I say?)
2: X-men (Both Movies). THese movies did serious justice to the X-Men.
3: The Incredibles. Down right a great movie for adults and kids.
My reasons are just like everyone elses. Hands down. No, I have not seen Batman Begins yet so my list is based on what I have watched.
Worst movies:
1: Captain America. Not the TV movie (that was in a realm of cheesy of its own) I am talking about the theatrical release. Suck-o-rama.
2: Dick Tracy. OH MY GOD talk about a suck-fest. Not a single person in that movie could have acted their way out of a paper bag if their lives depended on it.
3: Steel. I mean Come one man! I like Shaq in small doses but a feature length movie with B-grade special effects and a really crappy script?
I would rather have been shot in the face with a shotgun than have to watch any of the above three movies. Too bad I did not find out how bad they were until I was watching them.

Wizard magazine had a great inteview with the producer a couple of months ago, and he gave out a few tidbits... I wish I could remember it all better, but I am getting old it seems, and the Wizard website sucks for information. They seem to think that if they put a page on the web that says "buy our mag" you will be moved to do so. Regardless, there is one thing I can tell you about X3...
It will have the Juggernaut, and he will be played by my man Vinnie Jones. Vinnie is an ex-soccer player (a mean one at that) and has starred in some of my favorite flicks, including Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, Gone in 60 Seconds and Swordfish. If you haven't seen these movies, especially the first two, get on it!
Back on topic... I am a big fan of the X-men movies, love Batman and Batman Begins, and dig Superman. The Crow is probably my favorite.
Hated the Punisher, won't even see the Fantastic Four, and the original (made for tv?) Spiderman movie with Parker Stevenson... bleh.

Favorite all time superhero movie: I change my mind about this as often as I think about it, but I have to say, my favorite ever when I actually was watching the movie is Unbreakable. Simply because of Samuel Jackson. He's just the man. He really nailed that part, perfect quasi-villain, defined the gray area between reality and comics that the movie was going for. Also, amalgamations on the whole between real life and comicdom were spot on throughout the rest of the movie, like the cape that was really just a raincoat, but it symbolically protecteted him from his weakness, (water), yada yada. Man, I loved that movie. It just made you feel, really almost question, wether that guy next door is a superman. (Also, I liked how the superpowers evidenced by Willis were not ridiculous as they are in most comics. Sure, I enjoy reading about a guy who can shoot lasers from his face, but again, the movie made the powers believable.)
Least favorite movie? Well, I havent seen all the comic based movies mentioned, but I resent Sin City to no end (not quite dislike, because it was well done, but I just hate how it was a good comic first and no one read it, and then they made a movie, and then everyone was like, "Wow, Sin City is like, the collest comic ever! I've read all the back issues!" Blech.) My least favorite movie would have to be al those Batman ones, excluding Begins, which I have yet to see. The sequels are so repetitive, mind numbing, and plain old easily forgotten I find myself referring to the series as "Batman" and the sequels as "Batman Again". If I fail to enjoy "Batman Begins", I will promptly start calling it "Batman Before". Double Blech.

Favorites: Batman Begins: Awesomely acted, best story and thank Jeebus that it is a reboot to the whole Batman franchise. Christain Bale is a great actor, I was introduced to him from American Psycho. I suggest if anyone has a chance to pick a movie up, pick up The Machinist starring Christain Bale. I hope they pick the right person to play The Joker. (Click the link in my sig to Arkham Asylum and find out the buzz that's going around Batman 2 and 3.)
Incredible Hulk: Starring Eric Bana. I thought Hulk looked INCREDIBLE in this movie, the best CGI I have ever seen in a movie. That's saying something because I don't like CGI in a movie, it is MUCH better then seeing some guy painted green running around. I wish they either shortened the Fighting Dog part or much more perferribly take it out of the movie, there needs to be a sequel.
Spiderman 2: I just hope they do Venom justice in the sequel... I mean Topher Grace playing Brock? Barf!
Least Favorites: Dare Devil, X-men 1 and 2, The Punisher.
Looking foreward to: Ghost Rider, Superman Returns, V for Vendetta, Spiderman 3. Super Hero Hype for all your Super Hero movies to come.
Warning, my stories and blog is not meant for those who are easily offended. If you are one of them, then avoid the link, you wussies.

Hahaha check the avatr..........
Batman Begins is by far the most amazing super hero movie ever. The Spidermans have been great, The X-Mens the same, but Bale and Oldman are kings now to us comic boys and girls. My friend and I went and saw it 4 times, and after the fourth he turned and looked at me and said, " You have to. Make a video of yourself being Joker, send it to Warner Bro's, they will make you the next Joker. Come on you have to!!!!" I haven't yet, and they probably already have a Joker picked out........ but Halloween is soon, and you better believe I am going to have pics up here of me dressed as the Joker.
Oh and the worst, as you have all pointed out, all Batmans other than the original and Begins, the original FF movie, the way back when made for TV Generation X movie (if you havent seen it, my god dont. It is so bad its laughable and likeable), Dolph as Punisher blew, and Superman other than 1 sucked as well.
Red- I am with ya chief, V is for Vendetta cannot come out soon enough, although I was a bit disturbed by the choice of Hugo Weaving for V......

Good Super/Comic Movies (IMO): in no particular order
X-Men 1&2 - Can't wait for the 3rd one to come out. I hope they just keep making the movies forever until they hit "X-Men 94" or something rediculous. I'll never get sick of seeing them.
Spiderman - 1st one was better than the 2nd, although I like them both. I think Tobey McGuire was a good choice for Pete/Spidey. Plus, Willem DaFoe is the man.
Blade - Wesley Snipes pulls it off really well. I was very happy when the Nightstalkers came in in the 3rd one. Not many people remember he's a Marvel character...
Batman - the first one. It was all downhill after that. But Keaton makes such a great Batman/Bruce. He's got the average, non-ritsy snob look to him to play Bruce, like he's supposed to be in the comics. Val and George definately look the part of a rich, fancy guy. Keaton just looks so down to earth on camera in all his movies.
Batman Beyond - They made a movie or two out of this. I don't think there was a comic for it (I may be mistaken) but I love Batman Beyond. Its just so dark and cool. Techno and rock at the same time. Come on. Its cool.
the Punisher - The newer one. I think the movie was pretty good, but could have been much better.
Crappy "Super" Movies:
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen - just an excuse to get a few good actors together and totally ruin a movie.
the Hulk - This movie made me angry. You...wouldn't like me...when I'm angry.
Daredevil - No Ben, no! You are not a superhero! You're good in the Kevin Smith movies, but you're not a blind superhero lawyer. No no no. The only thing I liked about this was the bad guys. Colin Farrel made a good Bullseye and Michael Clarke Duncan is one of my favorites. He just commands attention on the screen.
Hellboy - Good action movie. Very untrue to the comics. Blech.
The Phantom - Decent action movie. But not a great movie overall.
Catwoman - DC has balls for casting the same person that plays Storm for Marvel as Catwoman too. But no. Crappy stuff.
Spawn - Great action movie. Good effects. Great soundtrack. But no. Bargain bin at Wal-Mart is where this belongs.
The Punisher (Dolph Lungdren version) - Dolph isn't good for any acting besides being a towering Russian boxer (and he even sucked in that, really).
Judge Dredd - "I am the law!" I like Stallone. I like the concept. But come on...you cast Rob Schneider in any movie and it loses credit as serious or Action in my book.
Mystery Men - Janine Garofolo, Ben Stiller, and Paul "Pee-Wee Herman" Reubens as superheroes? No way.
Haven't seen the new Batman Begins, but I've heard nothing but good things about it so I'll need to catch it.
Also haven't seen the Fantastic Four, but if they changed it to put Dr. Doom in the shuttle with the F4, then it can't be good. His history is a whole movie in itself.
Once again, these are all my opinion. I've been known to like crappy movies and hate "good" ones. Feel free to disagree with me. I do live in America.

I want to say the Spider-Man movies are my favourite. It's at the tip of my tongue. I'm a huge Spider-Man fan and have been for sometime now. But...there's too much story and not enough action. Ever since they did those documentaries on Spider-Man and the everyday hero, it's lost the flash and bang. Don't get me wrong, seeing how an ordinary person with extra-ordinary powers deals with a dual life is interesting, it shouldn't be the main point of the story, at least not in this case.
X-Men would be up there too, except too many changes from the original and alot of holes in the plot leave it lacking...though the casting was great, I think.
So, I've fallen onto a classic that I still love to this day: The Mask. I'm love comedy and mixing Jim Carrey and cartoonic superpowers is pure gold. Sure the story is a bit dumb, but it is still a great movie. I've seen Son of the Mask and while it was funny, it fell too short for me.
On a side note, Incrdibles and Sky High were great movies. Incredibles was a bit kiddy, but there was enough parent-humour to keep me smiling. Sky High was poorly acted but has some of the best action scenes in the end that I've seen from any other super-movie.

In defense of this. The changes from the original were necessary for time constraints. With the Fantastic 4, it would have been fairly simple to keep the original story in tact. The original members all had the same origin story. However, in the X-Men, there are WAY too many origin stories to cover, so in order to attract the mainstream audience, they needed to have an origin story that was a little shorter. Enter Rogue. She was the girl we could all relate to in the movie. It was told from her point of view. We got her origin story at the beginning, granted, it was a bit skewed because of time and confusion. Her "true" origin story would have taken far too long to fit into Hollywood's movie time constraints.
So, for the limitations they had, I think they were as true to the comic books as they could be. The X-Men movies have to be approched with an extremely open mind where you're thinking about it from a "new fan" perspective and not someone who's read it from day 1.

In no particular order...
I loved 'Unbreakbale.' Sort of a subtle superhero movie. In fact, I didn't know it was a superhero movie before seeing it. I liked how it kind of crossed the real world and the comic world.
I liked the first Batman, though I thought Nicholson was way over the top. Didn't like the second one at all. I thought the Val Kilmer one was ok but hated the Clooney one (mostly because of Clooney). Batman Begins was very, very cool. I hope Christian Bale sticks with the part.
I guess I'm in the minority here but I kinda liked Superman 2, because he was actually fighting super powered villains, not just a comical version of Luthor (Hackman). Sure, it was cheesy, and I'd probably hate it if I watched it now. But it was fun in its day. I liked the first one as well, but the rest sucked.
I liked Daredevil alot. I loved how some of the scenes were straight from panels in the comic (Elektra impaled on her sai, Daredevil hanging in front of the stained glass window). Hated Affleck as Murdock. I actually think his buddy Matt Damon would have been a better choice. The Elektra movie was ok I guess but really left little impression on me.
Overall I liked the Hulk but it could have been much better. And why was he, like, 15 feet tall? Should have had the Abomination or the Leader in it. Hopefully the sequel will be better.
I liked both X-men movies though I am not a huge X-men fan. And the first one was more like a Wolverine movie.
I have a love/hate thing with the Doc Savage movie from the 70's. I love it that they put Doc, one of my favorite heroes of all time, on the silver screen, but the campiness and some of the casting ruined it. I did like the 30's feel to it.
I liked the League of Extraordianry Gentlemen alot. Sean Connery is still amazing. He is about the only actor in his 70's that I can see in an action role.
I liked both Spiderman movies, though I think I liked the first one better. In the second one, I did like how they showed that Octavius was actually a good, likable guy before he became Doc Ock.
The new Punisher...eh. The actor was good but overall there were some ridiculous elements. I was never really a Punisher fan anyway.
Blade 1 and 2 - good, but didn't feel real comic booky to me. Haven't seen the third one yet.
I liked the Fantastic Four but it was kinda slow and I hated what they did with Doom. I also think he was badly cast. Looking forward to the sequel.
Hellboy - fun!

Ron, you hit the nail on the head. Whenever I see any of the superhero movies I am never really satisfied. My wife is not a comic book fan but she is wonderful and watches them with me anyway. When the movie is over I usually say something like "Well it was ok...but...I wanted so much more." I then start explaining that it isn't the right origin or spiderman doesn't have unlimited webbing...yada yada yada.
She then reminds me that most of the people that see the movie have no clue what the origins are or if their powers are exact or not. I have to look at from a new fan's perspective.
For instance, I don't know if I can say I have very many favorites.
Daredevil - nope. Didn't do it, some good parts but not there.
The Hulk - I hated this movie. Some good effects, but I didn't even make it through the whole movie. I turned it off because I felt it was boring. the story was horrible.
Fantastic Four - I was hoping for so much. I have not seen it yet, but just from the reviews and comments, I don't know if I will.
Spiderman 1 and 2 - Pretty good movies, I just can't stand how many people see him without his mask in the second movie. Hard to have a secret identity when half of New York seems to have seen you without your mask. I know they were going for the human side to the hero, but come on... They did a good job on the story and I am looking forward to more from the new Green Goblin.
X-men - I was somewhat ok with these but it just seemed like the team was worthless. Like they had never been in battle before and didn't know that supervillians were powerful. Again, I realize I have years and years of comic stories in my head and trying to fit that all into characters that most people don't know would be to hard. It was nice to see the addition of Nightcrawler and Colossus though.
One advantage of sequels is they don't have to explain the origin and story, that is what made spiderman 2 better (less background more action), as well as X-men 2 (less background more action).
Batman Begins - It sounds like I need to see this movie. This one may have what I am looking for.
Catwoman - didn't even see it. Looked to me like they assumed all the comic book guys would immediately go see it because of Miss Berry as Catwoman.
Batman - Number 1 was good I thought. It wasn't the best movie ever but I thought it was a good combination of story and action. The rest of the sequels are crap. they just tried to keep a good thing going and assumed it would be great. Wrong...
What I guess I really want is a movie that has great special effects and action sequences (lots of them), good storyline, characters that are true to the comics, and 3 to 4 hours of movie time to tell the story properly. That's not too much to ask is it?

| QUOTE | | Batman Beyond - They made a movie or two out of this. I don't think there was a comic for it (I may be mistaken) but I love Batman Beyond. Its just so dark and cool. Techno and rock at the same time. Come on. Its cool. |
As far as I know is that they made an Animated movie for Batman Beyond and that was The Return of The Joker. I KNOW there are some fan made films floating around about Batman Beyond, but I've lost track of it. The website was something like batinthesun.com. I'm not linkifying it because I don't remember exactly the name of the site... Now I gotta look it up. Looks like they shut down the sight for a little bit. There was 2 different films that site was working on, one of Batman and the other Beyond.
Warning, my stories and blog is not meant for those who are easily offended. If you are one of them, then avoid the link, you wussies.

Hmmm, well for favorites, I think I agree with alot of previous posters: X-Men I & II, Spiderman I & II. Superman was good for its day. Absolutely love The Incredibles. I had forgotten about Unbreakable, but that was a really good one, too.
Least favorites? I know alot of folks have said Superman II was terrible and I agree, but c'mon! It was an award-winner in comparison to Superman III & IV. I can't remember which one had Richard Pryor in it but that one was the biggest stinker of them all! League of Extraordinary Gentlemen was just silly. Hulk? I thought the '70s-era green-painted Lou Ferigno was better.
And speaking of Lou Ferigno, anyone else remember the Wonder Woman TV series from the 70s? or how about The Greatest American Hero from the early 80s? Aaahhh, good times :)

One quick comment...
Let's remember when we compare the Reeves Superman and early Batman movies to later hero films that these movies rely heavily on the technology of the time. I will always have a memory of seeing the 1st Superman film in the theater (I am 42), this was magic at the time... MAGIC. We have gotten used to CGI and forget how recent a technology it is.
I also recall hearing that Keaton would play Batman. I was appalled... then I watched him. This is the magic of film, I also loved Bale's Batman but I will forever be in awe of Keaton making all the doubters go, "Wow... that was good."
My final thought... if you like a movie then it is a good movie, regardless of others opinions. I'm am enjoying this thread immensely... love to see the different opinions.
Take care all and good heroing!

OK...Favorites first.
1. Incredibles...Everything about this movie makes it great. The details are phenomenal, the look of the characters are classic, story line unexpected, and Jack-Jack rocks.
2. Unbreakable...Although not action packed or very colorful, this movie was extremely intelligent and had a great ending. Where's the sequel?
3. Batman Begins...This movie surprised me at how good it was. The Scarecrow was totally rad.
4. Blade 1-2...Killing vamps has never been better. Reapers in the second movie were really cool.
5. Spiderman...Excellent tansistion of original story.
Worst
1. The Phantom...Stupid story, bad villain, etc.
2. The Shawdow...OK Ghengis Khan as a villain in a modern movie, what the hell was that?
3. Superman 3...don't know where to begin.
4. Supergirl...political correctness gone bad.
5. Batman 3-4...let see; street-punks in neon, stupid one-liners, retarded stunts, Val Khelmer, sound effects (ok now I'm getting bored).

hey guys ive been skimming through your answers and i gotta agree about the X-Men series, i cant wait for X-men 94! but theres one thing i just cant help but wonder. when you talk about the good you bring up the incredibles but when you talk about the bad... WHERES SPY KIDS!?!?!?!?!?!?! Honestly that has to be by far the WORST trilogy of any kind. i mean i would rather sit around watching 10 hours of court TV!

I really hated 'Hellboy'. It didnt really seem to have much structure to it. I saw it on a plane which I guess would kill any atmosphere but still...
Oh, 'Fantastic Four'. Walked out of the cinema, which rarely do (can't waste money and all that). 'Nuff said.
I agree that 'The Incredibles' is good. My lil brother loves it so I have seen it enough. On the DVD there is a good section with a load of other heroes there.

I didnt even bother with lava girl and shark boy. My bro wanted to see it. I said no. I just feel sorry for Robert Rodregez, what was he thinking. Two dimensions of lava girl and shark boy is bad enough.

Agree with most of the comments especially the ones about Batman Begins. I loved it, heck, my 67 year old grandma said "It's not bad". I guess I should post my lists now:
Worst: dont get me wrong, I enjoyed these movies, just not as much as other hero movies.
5: Catwoman: OK, but not noteworthy, it's on this list for screwing up her origin and costume and it's chick flick-ish-ness
4: Hulk: OK, but it slowed down in parts, and they really didnt need to show Eric Bana's posterior in it either.
3: Batman & Robin: Loved when it came out (give me a break, I was in 4th grade) but now I think it has a nasty script and bad acting
2: Elektra: bit too many plot holes for me
1: League of Exraordinary Gentlemen: droned on, leapt around, and seemed quite random.
Best: these movies I LOVED. all of the movies on this list I own or plan on owning.
Just off this list: both X-Mens, Both Spidermans
5: Batman Returns: The tone, Catwoman, and the famous (to me) "Meow"... BOOOOOOOM!!!! scene make this movie great.
4: Unbreakable: VERY tastefully done, love the title song, and really makes you believe that you could be a superhero.
3: Incredibles: Smart movie, not dumbed up at all and it humor isn't forced, great movie.
2 or 1: Batman Begins: OMG this is a good movie, 'nuff said
1 or 2: Constantine: Wow. I love movies that play with religion as a central theme and this movie does it nicely
Future movies I WILL be seeing in theatres: X-Men 3, V for Vendetta, Batman 2
PS: Thomas Haden Church will be playing Venom and Topher Grace will be playing Sandman in Spiderman 3.

Slight correction, according IMDB.com...Church will be playing Sandman, and Grace will be Venom.
Although I can't imagine either one in the roles they are playing. Thomas Haden Church is Lowel from Wings and Topher Grace is Eric Foreman from That '70s show! I can't wait to see this movie!!
On a side note, I finally saw Batman Begins...great movie, loved the background story and thought Sandman was just a punching bag waiting to happen! What a mealy mouthed little snot in his regular life! I totally enjoyed the character of Gordon before he was in charge and the set up for The Joker in the next movie...although I was disappointed, the batsuit didn't have nipples! (just kidding)

Unbreakable: Awsome...M Night Shamalayan is a genious!
Batman movies: *stomach sick* why, oh why did they keep making these...i wasn't really even super impressed with Begins.
Daredevil: AWSOME..underrated but overall an excellent movie can't wait to see another (cross fingers)
X-men: AMAZING!!!
SPIDERMAN: AMAZING!!!
Fantastic four: awsome!!!
the hulk: absolutly the worst movie i have ever seen in my life...i don't think someone could pay me to watch that movie again.
Super movies i am looking forward to seeing one day: Silver Surfer, ironman, the avengers, Superman Returns, Wolverine spin-off, Justice League...lots more to tired to think of them lol
and to reply to something else someone said there will NOT be a sequel to unbreakable...M night shamaylan doesn't do sequels...his movies are unique because they are never truly about what you think they are about...they ALL have a "meaning" behind them. check them out see if you can see what i mean.
M night Shamaylan movies:
The Sixth Sense
Unbreakable
Signs
The Village
search him on google to see his new movies comin out.
