wait 'til he breaks through floor.
spray him with chaingun bullets and rockets.
wait 'til he fall through this floor.
carry on this process 'til he has to regenerate with by the source of the statues.
destroy all the statues and kill him 4 the last time.

i did it in 3 mins 59 secs
