I've been wondering for a while now and figured I'd ask if anyone knew anything about this:
When CoV comes out, will the villains (Recluse, Ghost Widow, Mako, etc.) be available to fight in CoH in their own missions? If so, would you have to own both to fight them? I'm curious because that would be interesting to see.

I don't know... But what I do know is that you can fight the Arch-Heroes(Sister Psyche, and Bobcat) in certain missions in City of Villains. That would be pretty neat if they could do the same thing for City of Heroes. I mean if they do it for one they should do it for the other!

Yeah, that was my basic line of thinking. As much as I want to beat up Statesman, Brawler and Posi (not to mention see what Blue Steels powers are), the hero in me wants to knock a few of Makos teeth loose.
