I think that the dwarf has used a mystery potion that makes ur head big. U can get it through the priest of the winning side at the seven signs quest by giving a small amount of ancient adena and adena.Anyway i think today i will post a screenshot of my head like this! :)

XAXAAX fishing, whats this all about... Never tried it but I think this is a bit too much. Maybe not such a good idea... I mean get resources trough fishing, dont really feel good about this one...
Anways a bad little dwarf I see, Chris is right he probably used a potion, and I like that S Grade armor on him, he looks like he owns!!!
