Alright folks, I have been playing for a while today and I have pleased to discover that they have added Badges for CoV. As opposed to waiting till Issue2 for CoV like they did with CoH. Now I have found out about 2 badges already. I know the name of one and not the other. Do not ask me how this happened just trust me.
So the name of one is Jail Bird: it was found in the Jail Cell 15 in Outbreak the Tutorial. This Jail Cell is up the stairs behind H.T. who happens to be your first Tutorial Contact.
I hope that that helps everyone find the new badges that there are as of now. So good luck... errr... I mean bad luck and get....errr...Steal those badges!

The "/loc" command will tell you where you are in the game. The numbers reported by /loc are X Z Y, and are in feet. The X values go from positive on the west side of the zone to negative on the east side. The Z values go from positive up in the air to negative underground. The Y values go from positive on the south side of the zone to negative on the north side.
Mercy Island Badges:

just like to make an update to your one of your badges, the Steamed badge in Cap Au Diable is located at -2426.0 224.3 -471.2; 649 yards Northeast of Arbiter Howe; 89 feet northwest from Mount Diable dot; 585 yards north of the Black Helicopter Line; 778 yards Northwest of Haven dot; .87mi Northwest of Devils Coat Tails dot; I'll get a good screenshot of it at some point to post with it if you like
