i was looking to buy a sup damage reduction or sup vigor and i was wandering is it really worth the 100k?

Depends on how patient you are.
If you need 1 quick and dont like farming for things or relying on luck and near the end of game (likely but not neccasarily) And you can afford it, sure its worth it.
truth is neither of those are needed for finishing the game.
I for one would never buy 1. But 4 characters through the game and I never found one. Yet a buddy of mine on his second character found one in a Krytan chest. Go figure.
My final thought is. NO, they are not worth 100k. :)

well i got enough money and im planning to try and start running to droks so im trying to get as prepared as i can

Here is the Breakdown:
Major Absorption has two points of dmg reduction per attack. It is worth 5k.
Superior Absorption has three points of dmg reduction per attack. It lists at 100k right now.
Difference of 95K for 1 dmg point.
Major Vigor has 41HP bonus, it lists for 5.5k.
Superior Vigor has 50HP bonus, it lists for something absurd.
difference of 9 points.
My Advice:
Unlock them for PvP with faction, Save your money for when you can afford to dump it into money sinks.

Ah so it is an investment.
They will help you in Droknar running of course, make it easier and what-not. It will take you quite some time to get your money back, but if you are a good runner It will be no problem for you.
I did that once, spent alot of money and time in getting armor and proper skills and runes and all for the Droknars run, turns out Im a lousy runner :(
Id practice the run b4 spending that money, see if you can do it or even come close without those 2 runes. If you cant do the run without them, its likely you wont make it with them either. Just my Humble opinion :)

I'm a forge runner and I can say that I started running w/o any runes xept minor for tactics and strength, but I relized when i bought major vigor and major abs and shield with -2 dmg, that I had more successful runs. Bottom line is sup vigor is rly not worth its money, major is the way to go there. Sup Aborption is necessery because you run through lots of mob, lots of mob=lots of dmg so 1 dmg reducal on lets say 10 tundra giants = 10 dmg and they shoot rly fast.

stick w/ Major Runes, their pretty much the same just far apart when $$$ comes into it, Ive got 2 Sets of armor and Iv become a fairly good runner (making the run each time faster than the last, I race when Im bored but I dont ask to be =p ..)
so after alot of running I upgraded from Major sup./Vigor and didnt notice all too much, Iv also seen Major runes climbing in price slowly so maybe they'l drop like ecto or maybe they'l rise =p .
