Has anyone heard anything about this. I searched the guildwars forum but nothing that shed light on the nature of the error.
If someone can point me somewhere that I can research the issue or, if you found a solution, tell me how to fix it, I would be much appreciated.

I've been having that same problem, I guess the only way is to report it to tech support. Sometimes it might be your ISP problem, I don't know. So far I haven't done anything about it :/

It is an internet disconnection problem. NetErr 7 means you can not connect to the internet, or can not connect to the servers directly at the time being.

Is that the error messege you get when you get disconnected? I think it is but I'm not sure. I think the guild wars support website has it in its database, just look up neterr=7 in their online research database.

Ahh yes. I just noticed that too after I posted. :p Anyways. Yah, it took me awhile to figure out what NetErr7 was until I plugged in my internet one day. It happened a few times after that, and I made my own conclusions. I'm sure I'm right about it though.

I have the same problem as well. I mostly blame it to the lousy quality of my ISP, but sometimes, I could connect to other well-known sites pretty much OK when NetErr 7 occured. So, I think partly, the bandwidth from ANet's servers also need to be upgraded or something.
A million copies sold, and though I sincerely hope they would be able to sell more (for making a great game), I also hope they would scale the bandwidth to the number of expected users that would be online at one time.
