Im gonna have to go with fire/fire brute as my favorite AT. He looks like a beast and the new fire effects are amazing :).Please respond with feedback on your Favorite AT and why you like it. Itll be cool to know :)

So far, I gotta say that I love the Brute and Mastermind the best so far. The brute 'cause it's like the best of both scrapper and tank, and I gotta say, that my SS/Dark brute seems pretty unstoppable...I'm just waiting for the nerf bat.
I like the mastermind, 'cause there's so many 'new' elements not found in COH. It does play a bit slower (at least at my level), but still pretty cool. And besides, who doesn't want a horde of evil zombies following them around?

I didnt get to play very long because the server was full and I got booted, but for the 5 minutes I did play I have to say I really like my Stalker.

I prefer the dominators too - I have handle r3m0dul8 who's a plant/plant dominator - extreme power and domination is quick to recharge at the handiest times!!! :P

masterminds are cool too, havent played my necro/dark much since i got on the dom tho.

I've only played around a little because of the class I'm attending at night, but looking at the power sets, I really like Corruptors. For one, the Scourge ability is pretty darned tootin. Supposedly it kicks in only when your opponent is low on health, however I've seen it nail on the first hit quite a few times, nearly as often as a Scrapper's Critical. It's kinda like a Critical Hit for a Blaster. Neat stuff. Plus, it finally allows Dark Blast and Radiation Blast to be PRIMARY power sets instead of being relegated to secondary status.
Getting Moonbeam at level 2...FAR too nice. :)

I am with Ron on the Corruptor front, they are -very- interesting. But I would have to say that the Mastermind AT has my peak of interest. I've always loved the 'pet' factor in CoH and an all pet AT is far to great to pass up on the first run in CoV retail for me ^_^, but second of course would be the Corruptor.

The only problem I see with the Mastermind is that I expect to see it smacked down with the NerfBat ™ sometime very soon. The devs have something against pets...so an all pet AT might get beaten down pretty badly soon. I haven't really experienced the Mastermind pets, so I don't know how "uber" they are. But with a couple damages, a couple accuracies and some of the various buff powers, I assume they'll be pretty nasty.

I am really liking my mastermind, the pets are fun an easy to control. So far I am only a lvl 3 but having a blast!! btw I love all the options for char/costume design!!!!

I agree with the nerf coming soon to MM's I played beta last night and I made a Merc Bubbler and I pretty much had permaknockback with my slug/force bolt, with my Merc laying in extra damage while the enemie was down. I do like the gun you have also, it looks darn good. . .
I am also a fan of corrupting. . .I am able to use my two favorites. . Radiation and AR, which is just delicious.

My main is a Mastermind, so it's obviously my favorite, but I'm interested in the "sneaky" features of Stalkers. I've also got to give the Devs props for the inherent power the Dominators have. Your character becomes uber when you activate it.

Mal, you HAVE to try Stalkers! So fun!
I haven't found an AT that I don't like yet, so hard to choose! And I haven't gotten to use my Dom's inherent power...

Perhaps but in the changes they made to the MM while I have been in beta has actually improved the power of MM pets. With their limitation in PvP, I personally don't expect the Nerf real soon, but then no one ever expects the Spanish Inquisition.

Stalkers are definitely my favorite. Tried every AT at least once, and my stalker is the only one I've played past level 15, at the moment anyway.
My build is Dark Melee/Regen. Perfect for stalking, and pretty decent at scrapping too. Able to solo relentless pretty well, and not just the last room strategy. I have learned how best to play him, and have gotten comments from fellow stalkers I've teamed with that I am one of the best they have teamed with. Not just from stalkers either.
Once he reaches 50 (42 now) I'll roll some alts.
CoV is my first foray into the MMO genre, never played CoH.Judging from the near 1000 hours I've put in in my first 2 monthes, I will try not to get into any other MMOs....-.-
WAY too addictive and fun.
Is that a bad thing?

MM is my fav by far. A class that can have pets or a pet is the onle i always play. I tried dom and it was hard getting a team in the beginning and it took longer 2 lvl up so i deleted him. stalker is my second favorite love assassin strike. Brute least fav b/c i cant stand playing a tank type class.

i like Stalkers the most, cause i just like their attack styles and i know most think stalkers suck but if you make the build right, you can be pretty unstoppable in both pve n pvp, i know my stalker is, and for the powersets of a stalker, i like the energy melee/energy aura, because EM is one of the strongest powersets in the game, and in Siren's i can 3 shot a tanker.
