Anyone know what scores are required for reaching the next rank in BF2 after the 1.03 patch?

Hey that was some great info, I have always been curious about that. One thing that does not appear to be listed though is how many "global points" you need to advance in rank. I see that there is some sort of point system listed on the web site, in the rankings, but I am not sure what it is...I have approx 4500 global points right now and am not even half way to advancing from lance corp to corp! So if the point system listed on that website is in fact supposed to be THE amount of global points needed to advance I should be a sergeant. If someone could post where I can find the global point advancement scale that would be awesome.
