| Problems with Ut Comp v 1.3 |

i got the following problems with ut comp 1.3:
i cant vote something , when i try to vote a map for f.e there is not text + beep sound for example if i would vote for dm-de-ironic normaly there came a textmassege on the screen:
first there came this beep sound
then the text:
a vote has been started to just change map to dm-de-ironic Press F5 to vote
<--- this text is missing when i start a vote.
then you can vote yes but if enough players voted yes nothing happens.
2.Problem is the Announcer after ending Warmup normaly the announcer counting from 10 to 0 but that is not happening , the game start after 10 seconds but you cant here an announcer who speaks.
PLZ help me guy PLZ PLZ PLZ!

are you hosting with a listen server? (i.e. hosting hte game that you are playing in with the same instance of ut)
i know the announcer doesnt countdown in warmup when you host your own server, and i just tested and the voting behaves just like you said as well
so either have a seperate computer host the game (that someone isnt playing on), or have a seperate dedicated server running in the background of your computer

Yeah evidentally there are still issues remaining with UTComp voting and listen servers. We're looking into this.
