Evening All
Was finally able to get onto the beta tonight and did a mission killing snakes, as you do at low level, and on exiting the snake pit was asked if I wanted to go to Mercy Island or Mercy Island 2.
Thinking that these were referring to different areas of the map, I chose Mercy 2. LAter on in the night I got a private message from a friend who asked me to meet them at Kalinda and I said I was right next to her.
It appears that on the EU server that there are ... *obvious comment* 2 mercy islands to chose from. The one my friend was on had lag like a circle quicksand patch and the one I was on had about 200 people and ran fine.
Trouble is, now I can't get back to hook up and team.
Anyone else noticed this or is it a EU special?

The multiple Mercy maps happen because there is a mass amount of people on at the same time. It is just like in CoH when Atlas 2 happens. They are the same, it just divides the amount on the same map at one time. To hook up, you either need to:
A. Set a mish and meet in it
or
B. Zone and choose which one you want. If you use the ferry to another zone or click to leave a mish, it will ask you which one you want.

Right by Kalinda is a 'copter pilot. Click on him and you'll get your choice of Mercy Island instances.

During the PVP beta it was up to 22 instances that I saw!
